Our paths are colour coded to indicate whether there is suffiant room to adhere to the 2 metre guidline we have all been given.

Green means there is room either on the path or if just stepped off.

Red means there is not. If there is a Red path on our chosen route, then we will state what makes it red and how to navigate it. We stress that it's only been allowed on our map becuase it's either a very short path or has a clear line of site down it. So if needed you can backtrack to wide a open space with little hinderance.

The Map above shows West Berkshire. At the moment, Thatcham is the one place we have provided with routes. Over the coming days and weeks, more and more of this map will turn green. But that will only really become possible, if the locals to the areas can assist us. We can recomend routes but we can't validate certain bits, like:

  • Paths suitable for social distancing!

  • Where the gates and stiles are?

  • The best views?

With these details we will be able to confidently map our routes and provide this service to everyone in West Berkshire
